Burleigh Bay is a small business run from Adelaide, Australia. We collect as little as possible and we never sell your information. Here is the plain English version of what happens with your details.

When you place an order, our checkout partner Shopify collects your name, delivery address, email and phone number so we can get your order to you. Payment is handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout. Your card details never pass through or get stored on burleighbay.com, and we never see them.
While you shop, your basket is saved in your own browser and with Shopify so it is still there if you leave and come back. That is all it is used for.
If you join our mailing list, we will use your email to send occasional news from the shop, like new drops and restocks. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing is instant. We only email people who ask to hear from us.
This site has no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. We do not sell, rent or swap your details with anyone. The only third party involved in your order is Shopify, which processes it on our behalf. You can read Shopify's privacy policy here.
Want your details corrected or deleted? Email [email protected] and we will sort it out. We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law asks us to, then they go.
